OUR STYLE Our aim is to capture the people; atmosphere and detail of your wedding in an informal documentary style .We use a combination of unobtrusive reportage photography and contemporary portraiture to achieve the required result .We strive to achieve natural, honest and spontaneous shots which reflect the uniqueness of the day. Discreet and professional, yet informal and relaxed, our non-intrusive style is all about capturing your day rather than organising it.Dressing according to the code of the day we aim to put people at their ease making them comfortable around us. Our aim is to be as unobtrusive as possible, making it possible to present you with a candid record, filled with genuine emotion.
THE PACKAGE Package One Fours hours shooting with us both in attendance throughout..An unlimited number of pictures will be taken in black and white and colour capturing all aspects of the day, from the initial bridal preparations through to the wedding breakfast. Photographs taken are presented boxed and are yours to keep. Approximately 300 400 images will be supplied as 6 x 4prints. See attached sample print.The images will be available online for you and your guests to view via a secure web gallery which incorporates an online ordering system.The prints will be available for you on your return from honeymoon .The online service will not go live until your return, to make sure you are the first to see your images. Package cost: £800
Package Two As package one but we stay for six hours. Any additional hours we are required will be charged at £125 per hour. A disc of all your images in high resolution can purchased for £200 Package cost: £1,100
THE DETAIL No charge is made for travel within the South East of England, however travel further a field can be accommodated. A 20 per cent non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm you date. Nothing else is required until two months prior to your wedding when a further 30 per cent is payable. The balance, 50 per cent, is due one month prior to you day.We will organise a meeting approximately one month before your wedding to thoroughly go through the details and timings of your day. If you were planning a small midweek wedding, prices could start lower .Depending on time required and number of guests this could be as low as £650.
THE ALBUM Each album is individually designed by us using the images of your choice. Specialist software allows us to design each album without restriction. An album plan is produced for your approval, using images of varying sizes. Once you are completely satisfied we will instruct Queensberry in New Zealand to start production of the album. We believe that Queensberry albums offer the best in quality and stylish versatility. For further information about Queensberry albums go to www.queensberry.com All albums are leather bound. Additional pages may be ordered at £60 per page including prints. Other options of album style available; quotes on request.Your prints will be produced by a leading professional London based lab, to the highest standard available. Parent albums are available at £300.00 each. Using images from your album, each parent album is a ten page 8 x 8 Queensbury album containing approx 20 photographs.Reprints for your guests are available via the online service from £8.00 each.
OTHER OPTIONS A pre-wedding shoot can help alleviate the nerves experienced by most of us in front of a camera. The shoot can take place at a venue of your choice, possibly in conjunction with our meeting prior to your wedding when we go over the detail of your day. Your chosen pre wedding portrait will be printed, mounted and may be left so your guests can leave their best wishes on the day. The print will then be framed and act as a great reminder of your wedding. Shoot and framed print: £200.00
